Sentja- Select Group

  • To the Right, Starting with the Right foot
  • Step w/Right, Step w/Left, in time
  • Right-Left-Right- double time (at the end of this the weight should be on the right foot)
  • Hop on the Right foot while pulling it backwards
  • Hop on the Left foot while pulling it backwards
  • Three stomps in place- Right, Left, Right

Begin the dance again- Repeat until dance is over- Music will speed up
